Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to FEMA's eFTP application ("eFTP").  By using this application, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms.  Please review the following terms carefully.  If you do not agree with these terms, please do no proceed with using this application.

Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to this application.  This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to eFTP, the content, products or services provided by or through eFTP, and the subject matter of this Agreement.  This Agreement may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you.  The latest Agreement will be posted to eFTP for your review.

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use

eFTP may only be used for official FEMA business, and users are subject to the DHS Code of Conduct and the DHS and FEMA Privacy Policies.  You may not post content to eFTP which violates any policies of FEMA and/or DHS.  You are solely responsible for the content that you post on, through or in connection with eFTP.
